Privacy Policy

MWR Experiences (mwrexperiences.com) is an internal operations platform operated by MWR Life's Events & Experiences department. It is used by MWR Life staff and invited partners to plan Life Experiences, manage supplier offers and payment schedules. It is not a consumer product and is not open to the public.
What we collect
- Sign-in data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture URL. We use them only to identify you and to apply your access role.
- Work data: the offers, requests, payment schedules and comments you enter in the platform, together with your email as the author and timestamps.
- Notifications: we store in-app notifications addressed to you and may email you about actions that concern you (an offer decision, a payment approval, a request assigned to you).
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The browser's local storage is used only to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.
- Booking statistics shown in the platform are aggregated and contain no member names, emails or phone numbers.
Who can see your data
MWR Life administrators of the platform. Partners with the "Offers" role can only see what they themselves submit.
Processors
Hosting by Vercel Inc.; database and authentication by Supabase Inc. (EU region); transactional email by Resend Inc.; Google Sign-In by Google LLC. Each processes data on our behalf under their own data-processing terms.
Retention and your rights
Work data is kept while it is operationally relevant. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal data, or to remove your access, at any time by writing to danyer@mwrlife.com.
